Yes, it’s a part of you.

But it’s not you.

That’s why you have to build a life outside of work.

That’s why you need hobbies

And community

And joy.

Stability matters.

But the people in your life matter more.

Divide a sheet of paper into 4 quadrants. Label them as follows: Mental Health, Career, Relationships, and Adulting. Give yourself a rating from 1 t0 10 on how well you're managing that area in your life. What's one thing in each area you'd like to try this month?


More and more companies are giving you permission to show your real feelings.
